  • Address details (yours or your organisation’s)
  • Other personal data that you provide during correspondence, conversation notes and/or telephone

Navigating Leadership processes these personal data for various purposes, such as:

  • The conclusion of an agreement with you, including the provision of an offer and introductory meeting
  • Carrying out the service provision
  • Maintaining contact
  • Performing administrative operations, such as planning & invoicing
  • Improving services
  • Compliance with legal obligations

Your personal data will be processed to perform the agreement with you and to fulfil a legal obligation, such as obligations based on tax law.


If personal data are processed on the basis of consent, this will be requested separately.

Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes stated in this privacy statement. This means that your personal data will be kept for as long as it is needed to achieve the purposes in question.


Retention period: the time as long as you have ongoing appointments with Navigating Leadership and it can be reasonably assumed that further appointments may take place in the future.


Certain data does need to be retained for longer because Navigating Leadership must comply with legal retention obligations, such as the tax retention obligation.


8.   How is your data secured

Navigating Leadership considers it important that your personal data is protected against loss or unauthorised access of your personal data. It has therefore taken appropriate security measures.


Profiling: Navigating Leadership does not conduct behavioural analysis of the information collected about you.


Cookies: Navigating Leadership does not use cookies or similar techniques, other than standard cookies stored though website traffic.


9.   Complaint

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, please let Navigating Leadership know, with the aim of coming to a solution. Should you still not come to an agreement, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the privacy regulator, the Authority for Personal Data. You can contact the Personal Data Authority for this purpose.
